Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of Autheory, Theory Cloud's provider-hosted authentication and identity service. By accessing or using Autheory, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
Use of the service
- You may use Autheory only in connection with authorized Theory Cloud applications and services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and using the service lawfully.
- You must not attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or access data that is not assigned to you.
Customer and tenant administration
Access to customer namespaces and related resources is controlled by Theory Cloud administrators and tenant policies. Organizations are responsible for the users they authorize and the data they choose to connect to Theory Cloud applications.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to operate and secure Autheory. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page.
Disclaimers and limitation
Autheory is provided on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Theory Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
